What matters to you at the end of life?
90% of us say talking with our loved ones about our wishes is important; only 27% say they have.

When it comes to end of life care, one conversation can make the difference.

Please join us for an informative presentation about The Conversation Project, an initiative dedicated to helping people talk about their wishes for end-of-life care. Learn how and when to have these important conversations, and how sharing your wishes can bring you closer to the people you love.

Our speaker will be Rob Novick, LCSW and this presentation is in partnership with Dallas Area Gerontological Society (DAGS).

Participating social workers will be eligible to receive 1 ...CEU at the completion of this program. CEU certificates will be provided by DAGS.

A light lunch will be provided. RSVP required - seating is limited. Call 214-818-0344 to make your reservation now!

This presentation will take place at Juliette Fowler Communities, Jackson Living Center - Media Room

Center for BrainHealth Head of Special Programs, Audette Rackley, will share six key factors that contribute to better brain health and performance. She will highlight tactics to build brain resilience against cognitive decline and illuminate certain brain losses that may be restored. Her insights will help you create an action plan for enhancing your brain performance whether you have noticed cognitive changes or want to be proactive.
